Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Crosspt HRIS-MT. By signing up, logging in, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or authorized by your employer to use the HRIS.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

2. Account Registration & Authentication

  • Accounts may be created using Google/Gmail OAuth for secure authentication.
  • Alternatively, you may register using a traditional email and password input form.
  • We only access your verified email and basic profile information when you choose Google OAuth.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, whether via Google or email/password.
  • Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to the system administrator.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use the HRIS only for lawful HR and business purposes.
  • Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the system.
  • Do not share employee data outside authorized scope.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We comply with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012. Employee and HR data will only be used for HR management functions. We implement encryption, role-based access, and monitoring to protect your information.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content provided by Crosspt HRIS-MT remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without written consent.

6. Service Availability

We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for losses due to misuse of the system or unauthorized access.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the system, or compromise security.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the HRIS platform footer under “Terms of Service”.
